Tempest (by HeroCraft Ltd) is an open-world pirate action RPG that puts players at the helm of a customizable warship. Sail across three expansive regions, accept quests, trade cargo, raid merchant vessels, assault forts, and engage rival captains in tactical naval combat. Players recruit and upgrade crew members while outfitting ships with cannons, mortars, flamethrowers, and mystical artifacts. Encounters range from broadside skirmishes and boarding actions to battles against legendary sea monsters, including the Kraken. The ultimate goal is to build a formidable fleet, amass wealth and influence, and become the most feared pirate captain.
