As infection spreads across countries via ships and aircraft, governments initiate research for a cure. Strategic success depends on balancing infectivity, lethality, and stealth, mutating efficiently and outpacing humanity’s containment efforts before the pathogen is eradicated. The ultimate objective is to infect and exterminate every human on Earth before a cure is completed and civilization survives.
