In Arcaea (by lowiro), players navigate a three-dimensional note highway where floor notes, holds, sky inputs, and sweeping colored arcs converge into demanding hand choreography. Songs span five difficulties—Past through Beyond—and reward precision through PURE and MAX PURE judgments that influence score and Potential (PTT), the game’s skill metric. Beyond simple chart clearing, World Mode uses stamina and partner abilities to unlock songs, characters, and story chapters, blending arcade-style rhythm mastery with progression systems and a melancholic visual-novel narrative. The long-term objective is to raise your Potential, conquer increasingly difficult charts, and unlock every partner, song, and story fragment.
